Sound good to you? Read on! The Role: We are on the hunt for our first product manager! As our PM, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and CTO to establish our company as the category leader while shaping our product strategy, vision, and story. You will be focused on listening to customers, analyzing opportunities, and prioritizing work for designers, engineers, and data scientists. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented PM who can build our product management practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in product management in fast-paced, B2B SaaS environments, and will have a passion for excellent hiring practices to support our vision. What You’ll Do: Build a world-class SaaS interview intelligence platform by scoping, prioritizing, roadmapping, and owning delivery of all product initiatives. Develop epics, sprints, and stories while collaborating with leadership to prioritize efforts. Interact with customers, prospects, sales, and marketing to communicate our roadmap. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to build innovative products. Partner closely with marketing and customer success for product and feature roll outs. Research, identify, and monitor market opportunities and trends. Implement and oversee product management best practices. What We’re Looking For: 4+ years as a Product Manager building enterprise scale products. Clear communication style with a strong customer focus. High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative, and communicative individual. Previous ownership of the product roadmap, oversight of the product life cycle, and product launch and release plans. Team Player. You enjoy collaborating, learning from or teaching others and giving or receiving feedback with the goal of improving yourself, your team, and your company.
